Services are provided in an environment where each woman’s dignity and worth is recognized and honoured. We believe that women are the experts in their own lives and each woman’s recovery journey is unique. Each woman has the ability to learn and make positive changes in their lives when they feel empowered and supported to do so.

Amethyst House takes a holistic approach to recovery focusing on the physical, mental, social, cultural and spiritual realms of each woman’s life.
