The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing a broad range of support to the Human Resources functions which include but is not limited to the following area: Labour Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding and Orientation, Wage and Benefit Management, Training and Development, Health and Safety
Education, Training and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management
- 3 to 5 years progressive HR experience in a unionized setting
- Thorough understanding of labour relations activities and practices
- CHRP designation an asset
- Experience in the community social services is an asset
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 8:30am to 4:30pm - SALARY: $59,280 annually
