Our employees are our most important resource for delivering high-quality services and fulfilling our objectives.

CVTS is committed to creating a healthy, inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace.

Our agency operates from a feminist perspective and is part of the Community Social Services Collective Bargaining Agreement.

We invite qualified, experienced candidates from diverse backgrounds and life situations to apply to specific postings as they arise. Although we do receive and review unsolicited resumes, CVTS cannot guarantee that general resumes will be applied against any specific posting.

Employment opportunities at CVTS will be posted as they come available.

Applications for available career opportunities must be received prior to the deadline listed on the job posting.

ALL positions with CVTS require a clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check.

Successful applicants who provide a current clear criminal record check through the RCMP or through another employer under the CRRA will be permitted to commence work while their CRC application through CVTS is in process. Successful applicants who do not have a current clear criminal record check as per above, may not commence orientation or work until CVTS obtains a clear CRC through the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General.
